THERE IS NO “POWER OVER-RIDE” OR “KEY OVER-RIDE” FOR THIS LOCK. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE LOW BATTERY WARNING SIGNS!
- Stage 1 – Codes will need to be entered twice to trigger lock followed by eight (8) rapid beeps. This will only occur for 20 openings.
- Final Stage – Codes will need to be entered three (3) times before the lock will open. If the battery is not changed the lock will eventually stop working
The Master Code is always stored in key ‘1’ of the lock. All other nine combinations are stored in keys 2 to 0.
- Press & hold the ‘0’ key until the lock beeps twice
- Enter existing Master Code (factory default is 111111) followed by the ‘1’ button – the lock will beep twice.
- Enter a new 6-digit Master – the lock will beep twice.
- Re-enter the new Master code to confirm – a long beep will sound indicating a successful change.
Each User Code is stored in one of the remaining nine keys (2 through 0).
- Press & hold the ‘0’ key until the lock beeps twice.
- Enter Master Code – the lock will beep twice.
- Press the key to assigned to this user (2 through 0) – the lock will beep twice.
- Enter 6-digit User Code – the lock will beep twice.
- Re-enter 6-digit User Code – a long beep will sound indicating a successful add/change.
To Enable or Disable a User Code
- Press & hold the ‘0’ key until the lock beeps twice.
- Enter Master Code – the lock will beep twice.
- Press the key to assigned to the user you want to disable (2 through 0) – the lock will beep twice.
- Choose one of the following
- To Disable a User Code – Press and hold the ‘2’ button until the lock beeps twice indicating the Users Code is disabled.
- To re-enable a User Code – Press and hold the ‘4’ button until the lock beeps twice indicating the Users Code is enabled.
